The Villa

Villa Angela is a lake-front property, located on the northwest shore of Lake Como, in Pianello del Lario. The property includes private parking, a lake-view heated swimming pool, a panoramic sun patio, a large private garden directly overlooking the lake promenade and the beach, a pier, a buoy and a slide for motorboats. The peace and beauty of the place and its location make Villa Angela an ideal residence for your holidays, with the maximum comfort guaranteed by the cutting-edge technological solutions adopted in the construction of the villa.

Sitting on the porch, or immersed in the swimming pool overlooking the lake with an enchanting view, you can soak in the beauty of the Lario and the mountains that surround it, and be enraptured by the wonderful sunrises and sunsets that differ every day.

The villa can accommodate 12 (+ 2) people in 6 double bedrooms, with 6 private bathrooms. The villa also offers an additional staff bedroom with dedicated bathroom, a large and sunny living room and a dining room.

Finished in 2019, Villa Angela, with its spacious interior, is the ideal holiday home for large parties. The overall property is about 2500sqm, with the building itself consisting of two floors (each of around 250 sqm) and a basement (200 sqm), complete with laundry room and technical compartment. The finishes are quite precious: on the ground floor the pavements are made with antique Lombard cotto tiles, while the stairs and the pavements on the first floor are made from chestnut, aged for 20 years before being treated and placed. The windows are all sound-proofed ensuring perfect peace for the guests.

There is a large and sunny living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and CD player. Near the wide living room, there’s another sitting room with a lake view where you will find a magnificent, functioning grand piano. This floor also features a modern and fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, one blast chiller, 2 dishwashers, a large fridge with freezer and a wide kitchen island, a large dining room with a wooden table for up to 18 people. Backing on to the kitchen is a staff bedroom with a dedicated bathroom. On the ground floor there’s a double bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, accessible by people with motor disabilities.

From the spacious and bright entrance on the back of the villa the guests have access to the stairs. Descending a few steps, you will find the laundry room, equipped with washing machine, dryer and a large sink.

Climbing up the stairs brings you to a sitting room with terrace and another five, AC, double bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom. Three rooms have their own large terrace, two of which have the lake view. All the beds in all the bedrooms can be double or twin. Each room is unique and distinct in colour, and each features an original tapestry decor with beautiful floral designs that give every individual room its own personality, accentuated by the exclusive furnishings.

The property is right on the shore of the lake, just a few metres from the public beach. In the large private garden there is a lake-front swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1,10 mt), heated from the second week of May untill the third week of September; during the other seasons, it can be heated, if required, at an additional cost. Behind the house there is a private parking area.

Villa Angela is just few steps from Villa Meridiana, allowing for the 2 properties to be rented together for much larger parties.

The village (and the shopping) is a short 600 metres from the property. From the lakeside promenade you can reach cafes and restaurants.

Pets are welcome upon request.

The staff at Villa Angela is delighted to offer a broad range of services for your pleasure. 

On arrival at Villa Angela, guests will be met with a superb welcome dinner.

There is wi-fi internet connection and a Sat TV in the lounge area as well as a CD player, music CDs and a DVD player. The speakers placed in all rooms on the ground floor are for the enjoyment of guests who will enjoy relaxing to their favorite music.

Daily cleaning and change of towels (except Sunday) is part of the service with a weekly change of bed linen.

There is an open-air private car parking area at the back of the villa for up to 7 or 8 cars.

On request extra services are available, such as:

• guide for cultural tours and excursions;
• transfer service to and from the airports;
• hire of water-planes, motorboats, waterskiing equipment, and mountain bikes;
