The Villa

Villa La Dolce, available for exclusive vacations on Lake Como has recently been restored on the foundations of an old country residence going back to the 1800’s. It is in Santa Maria Rezzonico, an ancient village in the upper Lario area of the lake, 40 km from Como. On the edge of the grounds of Villa Camilla, Villa La Dolce with its stone facade is a typical example of the local style of architecture.

Our guests here will love the breathtaking views over Lake Como to be enjoyed as they sit comfortably on their covered veranda in front of the main entrance to this charming residence perched on the top of a hill. They will be able to relax totally and meditate on the ancient secrets of this enchanting place.

The ground floor of Villa La Dolce comprises a spacious lounge with stunning views over the lake, a reading area and large well-equipped kitchen enjoying access to the large sunny terrace

A few steps down and we are on the lower tavern floor with a lounge and sofa, a double bedroom with its own private bathroom. Bright French windows lead to the quiet fenced in garden which is so perfect for little children or for a barbeque as well as sunbathing in the summer sunshine on Lake Como. The large, modern swimming pool is also in this area.

Between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a double bedroom.

On the upper floor is a bedroom with a queen size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a twin bedroom. On the same floor there is a comfortable bathroom with Jacuzzi tub which is shared by the twin and the double bedrooms. 

Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of the Feng-shui philosophy, thanks to expert advice from internationally respected professionals.

Air conditioning is installed in three of the bedrooms.

Pets are welcome upon request.

Facilities and Leisure

The staff at Villa La Dolce, available for rental and exclusive vacations on Lake Como, is present throughout the guests’ stay and they are keen to offer excellent and attentive service. 

There follows a list of services that are offered to our guests:
