Villa Rivetta, available for exclusive lakeside holidays on Lake Como is in the charmingly picturesque village of Rezzonico, on the west bank of upper Lake Como. It enjoys unrivalled tranquility and a truly beautiful and calm landscape as far as the eye can see.
The house climbs up to the prettiest part of the village, close to the ancient castle and is reached by a short walk. Cars can be parked 250 meters from the house and guests will reach the entrance by means of a flight of steps*.
The ground floor, with a large number of windows and marvelous views over the lake, comprises a large well-equipped open-style kitchen and large dining area with direct access to the two charming terraces.
The upper floor has an elegant lounge and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the lake. The top floor features a large double bedroom with private bathroom and a mezzanine with two extra single beds.
The house enjoys use of a further covered terrace, which is equipped for barbecues and dining. An independent entrance from here leads to a cozy little annex with a double bed, TV, cooking facility, bathroom and terrace.
Our guests will be able to make use of the porterage service for transport of luggage both on arrival and departure.
Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of the Feng-shui philosophy, thanks to expert advice from internationally respected professionals.
*Please note: the steps leading to the entrance are steep and not easily used by people with walking difficulties or by the disabled. For special needs there is a second entrance with shallow steps, which can be used for pushchairs and buggies.

Villa Rivetta, available for exclusive vacations on the shores of Lake Como, is about 90 km from Milano – Malpensa airport, little more than 100 Km from Milano – Linate airport e 130 km from Bergamo Orio al Serio.
From Milano Malpensa: From the SS336 take the exit for the A8 highway towards Milano-Como-Chiasso. Follow for Como and from the A9 highway take the Lake Como exit and enter the SS340, proceeding along the lake in the direction of Menaggio. Exit at Santa Maria Rezzonico.
From Milano Linate: From the A51 take the A52 /Tangenziale Nord ring-road. Take the exit for Torino on the A4 highway. Exit the A8 and proceed on the E35 towards Como. Once on the A9 exit at Lake Como taking the SS340 and proceeding along the lake in the direction of Menaggio. Exit at Santa Maria Rezzonico.
From Bergamo Orio al Serio: From SS671, follow the signs for Bergamo then those for Milano, entering the A4 highway. Then take the A8 and leave it on the E35 for Como. Exit at Lake Como and take the SS340 proceeding along the lake in the direction of Menaggio. Exit at Santa Maria Rezzonico.
The method of payment of the due amount to Centralzetti is as follows:
Payment can be made in two ways:
3% of taxes for credit card fees must be added to the amount due.
In case of travel restrictions or travel bans dictated by Covid-19 outbreaks, we can proceed in two ways: the full refund of the amount already paid or by issuing a voucher for the same amount paid for a future stay at the same property, within the following year. A refundable guarantee deposit is necessary and is payable in cash/credit card upon arrival at the rental property. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the property is left upon departure in the same condition upon arrival. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or fittings will be deducted by Centralzetti from Credit Card. The Client is responsible for any damages exceeding the amount of the guarantee deposit.

In caso di limitazioni di viaggio o divieti dettati da focolai di Covid-19, possiamo procedere in due modi: il rimborso totale dell'importo già pagato (caparra inclusa) o mediante emissione di buono con pari importo per un futuro soggiorno presso la stessa struttura, entro l'anno successivo.
All’arrivo sarà rilevato il numero di Carta di Credito a titolo di deposito copertura danni.
È responsabilità del Cliente assicurarsi che la proprietà venga lasciata nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata affidata. Eventuali perdite o danni alla proprietà, ai suoi infissi o arredi saranno addebitati sulla carta di credito.
